Project operations, drawn to spec

Projects, portfolios, and every moving part — under control.

PMOlikePRO is the platform for teams that run real operations — tasks, scheduling, time, financials and reports in one obsessively detailed, multi-tenant system.

fig. 1 — a week in the life

The week every delivery lead recognises.

Not features — the Monday-to-Friday reality they add up to.

  1. Under constructionlive product visuals return here

    01Monday

Plan the week against real capacity

The resource calendar shows every person’s week against their contracted hours — not a wish list, a ledger. Work is scheduled day by day, so “who is doing what on Wednesday” is a lookup, not a meeting.

  2. Under constructionlive product visuals return here

    02Wednesday

The system catches what a spreadsheet hides

Someone is booked past their week — and the calendar says so, by name, before the deadline slips. Total workload and overallocation are different things; only a time-phased system can tell them apart.

  3. Under constructionlive product visuals return here

    03Friday

Report from the same numbers everyone worked in

Cost, revenue and margin are derived from the logged hours and locked rates — the report is the ledger, re-arranged. Nothing is retyped into a deck, so nothing quietly diverges.

the catch

The Wednesday save.

Every delivery lead has the story: the plan looked fine, the team said fine, and week three fell over — because one person was quietly carrying three projects. PMOlikePRO schedules work day by day against each person’s contracted hours, so the overload shows up as a red number with a name on it while there is still time to move the work.

fig. 6 — how you get in

Invite-only, on purpose.

PMOlikePRO is early, and we onboard every workspace personally — the person who built the system sets yours up, walks your first project in with you, and stays reachable. That is not manufactured scarcity; it is what early-stage software should owe its first customers. When self-serve trials arrive at launch, this page will say so.

  1. 01

    You write to us

The form or a plain email — two lines about your operation is plenty.

  2. 02

    A real conversation

A walkthrough on workflows like yours, with straight answers — including “no, it doesn’t do that yet” where that is the truth.

  3. 03

Your workspace, set up with you

If it fits, you get an invited workspace, configured together — your structure, your rates, your people.

Replies come from a person, usually within one working day.

fig. 7 — the fine print, in large print

Trust is specific, so here are the specifics.

T-01

What we will never do

No invented testimonials, no “trusted by 10,000 teams”, no countdown timers, no dark patterns at cancellation. This site’s build FAILS if fabricated review markup is ever added — the promise is enforced by machinery, not memory.

T-02

What it doesn’t do yet

There is no SSO/SAML, no native mobile app, and no public API yet. The roadmap says what is coming; nothing on this site advertises what does not exist.

T-03

Built by RAQIOM

PMOlikePRO is built and operated by RAQIOM. One team, reachable, with its name on the work — who we are lives on the company site.

T-04

How you leave

Your data exports completely — structured reports (PDF, Excel) and a full workspace export with every file included — cancellation is self-serve through the billing portal, and a deleted workspace is really deleted, on a published schedule. Nobody planning to lock you in writes this section.

T-05

Security, in plain language

Tenant isolation enforced in the database, two-factor auth your organization can make mandatory, audit trails on the actions that matter, and a real disclosure address. The security page says it without the theatre.

Built in the open

The changelog is public and dated; the roadmap says what is being built now, next, and later. You can watch the pace before you trust it.

“What if you disappear?”

The fair question for any young vendor. The honest answer: your data is exportable at all times, billing runs through Paddle — a merchant of record with buyer protections — and the FAQ answers this and the other awkward ones directly.

where this is going

We’re just getting started — and we say so.

PMOlikePRO already runs the whole delivery loop — planning, scheduling, time, money, reporting — and it is still early software from a small team. You should weigh that. Two things make it a fair bet: everything above is real and checkable, and the pace of building is public. Watch the changelog for a month before you decide, if you like.
