Straight answers, on file.

Q-01What is PMOlikePRO?

A project-operations platform: projects, milestones, tasks, resource scheduling, time tracking, budgets, reports, clients and team management in one multi-tenant system. It is built by RAQIOM for teams that run real delivery operations.

Q-02Who is it for?

Operations that deliver work against time and money — PMOs, consultancies, service teams and internal delivery departments, typically from a handful of people to a few hundred per organization.

Q-03How is it priced?

Per active user, monthly, in three tiers: Starter, Team and Business. Every tier includes the operational core; the ladder adds financials, then compliance controls. Per-seat numbers are announced at launch.

Q-04Is there a free trial?

Self-serve 14-day trials arrive with launch. Until then, demo requests are open — walkthroughs are personal, and pilot organizations are set up individually.

Q-05How do I get a demo?

Use the form on the Contact page. Expect a personal reply within one business day, and a walkthrough on scenarios that look like your operation.

Q-06Is my organization isolated from other customers?

Yes. Every organization is a separate tenant, and isolation is enforced at the database layer for every read and write — not just in the interface.

Q-07Who on my team can see financial data?

Rates, budgets and costs are visible to managers and admins only. The gating is server-side: financial figures are never delivered to member or viewer sessions at all.

Q-08Do you support two-factor authentication?

Yes — TOTP (authenticator apps) for every account, and organizations can enforce MFA outright so un-enrolled accounts must set it up before continuing.

Q-09Can I get my data out?

Yes. Reports export to PDF and Excel, and on cancellation your data remains exportable — no lock-in. A full account export ships as part of the launch program.

Q-10Who handles billing and tax invoices?

Paddle, acting as merchant of record — checkout, VAT and sales tax, invoices and refund processing are handled by Paddle on our behalf.

Q-11Is there an API or integrations?

Not publicly yet — a public API is on the roadmap after launch. If an integration decides your purchase, mention it in a demo request; real demand moves the roadmap.
