Terms of Service

operated by RAQIOM, operated by Artyom Abramovich · contact hello@pmolikepro.com

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of PMOlikePRO, the project-operations platform available at https://pmolikepro.com andhttps://app.pmolikepro.com (the "Service"). The Service is provided by RAQIOM, operated by Artyom Abramovich("we", "us"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation into an organization, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PMOlikePRO is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for managing projects, tasks, schedules, time, budgets, reports and related business records. Every subscription includes the full feature set, as described on the pricing page. We may improve, extend or adjust the Service over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid subscription during its paid term.

2. Accounts and organizations

The Service is organized into customer organizations ("tenants"). The person or entity that creates an organization (the "Customer") controls it, including its users, roles and data. Administrators act on the Customer's behalf. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for the actions taken under your accounts, and for ensuring your users comply with these Terms. We strongly recommend — and the Service can enforce — two-factor authentication.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or to store or distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful material;
  • probe, scan, overload or attempt to breach the Service's security or isolation boundaries, except through the responsible-disclosure channel described on the security page;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as your own offering without our written agreement;
  • attempt to access another tenant's data, or another user's data beyond the permissions assigned to you;
  • upload files containing malicious code, or files whose storage or distribution is unlawful or infringes third-party rights — you are responsible for the content of what your organization uploads. The Service enforces technical file rules (an allowlist of safe formats and a per-file size limit) as a safety floor, not as a review of your content;
  • attempt to circumvent storage quotas, file-format restrictions, or the export ceremony's verification steps.

We may suspend access that endangers the Service or other customers, notifying the affected Customer as soon as reasonably possible. We may remove specific stored files where required by law or where they endanger the Service, notifying the Customer unless the law prevents it.

4. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

Paid subscriptions are billed per user, on a monthly or annual cycle. Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles checkout, payment, applicable taxes (such as VAT), invoices and refund processing. By purchasing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Seat changes take effect with proration under Paddle's mechanics. Prices may change; changes take effect at the next renewal, with prior notice.

Optional add-ons — Extended history and Storage packs — are priced per organization (not per user) and are billed together with the subscription by Paddle. Adding or increasing an add-on mid-cycle is charged pro-rata; removing or decreasing one takes effect at the end of the paid period. The consequences of an add-on ending are described in section 11.

5. Trials, demos and pilots

Trial, demo and pilot access is provided free of charge, "as available", and may be limited, suspended or ended at any time. Data created during a trial becomes subject to these Terms if the trial converts to a paid subscription.

6. Customer data

Your data is yours. The Customer retains all rights to the data its users submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, display and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. We do not sell Customer Data and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the infrastructure providers involved are listed on the subprocessors page.

7. Availability and support

We operate the Service with the care of a system its owner depends on — but it is provided without a contractual uptime guarantee at this stage. Planned maintenance is announced when it is expected to be disruptive. Support is provided by email at hello@pmolikepro.com; target first response is one business day.

8. Security

We apply the measures described on the security page, including tenant isolation enforced at the database layer, role-based access, enforceable two-factor authentication, audit logging and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for your own account hygiene and for the access decisions you make inside your organization.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and documentation are and remain our property (or that of our licensors). These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you choose to give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after notice, or where required by law. What happens to Customer Data when a subscription ends — the read-only period, export, and deletion timelines — is described in section 11.

11. Data retention & what happens when service ends

Every workspace includes 12 months of activity history — the automated record of actions, changes and notifications. The optional Extended history add-on lengthens that window to 24, 36 or 48 months. Structural content your team creates — tasks, projects, clients, contacts and files — is kept for the life of the workspace. Conversational content — chat messages and journal notes, including pinned ones — is part of your activity history and follows the same history window.

Automated activity records older than your workspace's history window are permanently deleted by a scheduled job, with a safety buffer of at least 7 days beyond the window. Deleted activity records cannot be recovered.

If an Extended history add-on ends (cancellation, non-payment, or an expired courtesy grant), the longer window remains in effect for a further 30 days. After that, the workspace returns to its included 12-month window and older automated records become subject to deletion.

File storage follows a gentler rule, because files are structural content: every workspace includes 10 GB of storage, and optional Storage packs raise that limit. When storage is full, new uploads pause — stored files are never deleted because a limit was reached or a pack ended. If a Storage pack ends, the higher limit remains in effect for a further 30 days; after that the workspace returns to the limit it pays for, and if it is over that limit, existing files remain readable, downloadable and exportable while new uploads pause. Files in the Documents trash are permanently removed 30 days after deletion by a user, and count toward storage until then.

If your subscription ends entirely, the workspace becomes read-only: your data remains available for export, and re-subscribing restores full service. Workspaces that remain unsubscribed may be permanently deleted, together with all their data, no earlier than 90 days after the subscription ended (30 days for trial workspaces that never subscribed). We will send multiple warning emails to all workspace administrators before any deletion. We may place a hold on deletion (for example during a support case or where the law requires it).

Deletion is permanent. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged by rotation within approximately 30 days after deletion.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SERVICE SUPPORTS YOUR BUSINESS DECISIONS BUT DOES NOT MAKE THEM; REPORTS AND FIGURES ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS THE DATA ENTERED.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

14. Indemnity

The Customer will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Customer Data or from use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice (by email or in the Service). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts there have exclusive jurisdiction — without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you by law in your own jurisdiction.
