Refund Policy
The honest structure first: PMOlikePRO is designed so you can evaluate it properly before paying — demos today, self-serve trials at launch — and cancel easily at any time. Refunds exist for the cases where something genuinely went wrong.
1. Try before you pay
Demo walkthroughs and (from launch) 14-day self-serve trials cost nothing and don't require a commitment. Use them — the best refund is the charge that never happened.
2. Cancel anytime
Cancelling stops future charges immediately; the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid, and your data remains exportable for thirty (30) days after that, per the Terms of Service. No cancellation fees, no retention call.
3. When we refund
- Errors and duplicates — double charges, charges after a completed cancellation, or clear billing mistakes: refunded in full, promptly.
- Renewal surprise — if an annual subscription renewed and you tell us within fourteen (14) days without meaningful use of the new period, we refund the renewal.
- Where the law says so — mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction (for example in the EU/UK) are honored as a matter of course.
- Judgment calls — anything else is at our reasonable discretion. Write to us; a real person reads it.
As a rule, partially used monthly periods and per-seat charges for seats you chose to add are not refunded — proration on seat changes already keeps that fair.
4. How to request one
Email contact@pmolikepro.com from your account email with the Paddle receipt or invoice number. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) back to the original payment method — allow a few business days for the payment network to catch up.
