Home dashboard & Analytics

The Home page is a personalized dashboard, and Analytics gives each dimension of the operation its own focused board.

Home dashboard

Home shows a set of widgets tailored to your role. An admin or manager sees workspace vitals, money position, team workload, delivery vs plan, overdue-and-at-risk projects and the team heat map. A member sees their own day, tasks, hours trend and upcoming milestones. Everyone sees the recent activity feed and task-status distribution.

Customization

Every widget is under your control:

  • Choose what you see. The Customize panel lists every available widget with a switch to show or hide it. An “Add widgets” gallery groups them by theme with a plain-language description of what each one shows.
  • Arrange and size. Drag widgets into the order you prefer. Each widget can be sized by width and length (in whole sections of the board), or left on Auto to fit its content naturally.
  • Per-widget settings. Each widget has its own Settings — time ranges (preset day chips or a custom slider), view modes (comparison bars vs donut, everyone vs over-capacity-only) and data filters (which task states to show, which comparison axis to use). Settings are saved per person.

Widget highlights

  • Task status compares open tasks along four axes — by status, by priority, by task type, or by client-vs-internal work — each shown as comparison bars or a donut.
  • Money position is a real chart — income and expenses as paired bars over a chosen time range, with a running net line. Figures update live as transactions are recorded elsewhere.
  • Team heat shows who is booked and how heavily, from the next 7 days up to 60. Rows are clickable and open the person’s details.
  • Hours trend shows your own logged hours over a configurable window. The Hours forecast projects the next two weeks at the team’s recent pace, with an honest confidence band.

Analytics boards

Four focused boards, each accessible from the sidebar:

  • Delivery — logged hours vs the frozen weekly plan, person by person, for the current or any past week.
  • Workload — who is scheduled where and how much, with overload flags.
  • Money — income, expenses, and the financial position over time, with monthly or period breakdowns.
  • Hours — the time ledger, filterable by person, project and date range.

Where to go next

The delivery scorecard reads from the frozen weekly plan. The money board’s figures come from the transactions ledger.
