Storage & limits
Storage is the one resource in PMOlikePRO that fills up with use, so its rules are written to be boring: you always know where you stand, warnings arrive early, and running out never destroys anything.
What counts
Every file your organization holds counts toward one workspace-wide quota: documents on records, chat and journal attachments, and files sitting in the 30-day trash. The Documents window and the Billing page both show the same meter — used, total, and how it breaks down.
The included 10 GB
Every workspace starts with 10 GB — enough for years of contracts, briefs and reports for most teams. There is nothing to configure and nothing to buy on day one.
Warnings before walls
- 80% — administrators are notified.
- 95% — administrators are notified again, more loudly.
- 100% — everyone sees it, and uploads pause.
Pausing is the whole consequence. Nothing is ever deleted because you ran out of space — existing files stay readable, downloadable and exportable; only new uploads wait.
Extending with packs
Storage packs add +50 GB each for $5 per organization per month (or $48 per year), stackable up to twenty packs — a full terabyte. They are self-serve on the Billing page: a stepper shows the exact prorated amount before you confirm, Paddle bills it with your subscription, and the new limit applies the moment payment settles.
Removing packs works the same way in reverse — the change takes effect at the end of the paid period you already covered.
If a pack lapses
A failed payment or a cancelled pack never ambushes your files. The higher limit survives for a 30-day grace period; after that the quota returns to what you pay for. If you are over the returned limit, the rule is the same as ever: files stay put, new uploads pause until you are back under — or until a pack returns.
Where to go next
Documents & files covers the day-to-day of working with files; the pricing page shows both optional extras side by side.
